The Website is owned and operated by Fortean Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in New Zealand. We provide AI software development and implementation services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be lawfully excluded.

All service engagements are subject to separate written agreements between you and Fortean Limited.
